Frank is known for transforming business, supply chain, and procurement operations to reduce third-party risk, create business value, and drive significant and sustainable savings. He has extensive experience leading enterprise initiatives in highly matrixed and complex operating environments, providing a clear path to success for business strategies and solutions.
